Over the last week, I’ve been trying to buy something.
Doesn’t sound THAT hard, does it?
But in this case, it’s been like getting blood from a stone, and at the time of writing, I STILL haven’t bought it.
Worse than that, I still haven’t even been able to have a sales conversation with the business that sells it, despite me being ready and willing to buy, credit card in hand.
There are a whole range of reasons for this particular sale not getting over the line, which I discuss in this week’s episode of MiTV.
Why should YOU care about ME not being able to buy something?
Simple: it could be happening to you too, and I’d hate that to happen.
Qualified prospects could be trying and FAILING to buy your product, and if that is the case, the simple fact is that your business is smaller and less profitable than it could and should be.
