Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We've worked with MI PA for several years and during that time they have supported us with PA services, call overflow and sales support. They're a great team who really care about their customers.

For anyone looking for support with any of these areas, I could not recommend them highly enough.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mi-PA have been a game changer for our small business. We started with Mi-Call last October where the team could take some pressure off my husband taking calls whilst he is out working on jobs, and we’ve now got our own dedicated PA to support us while we concentrate on our growth.

The team at Mi-PA have always been so friendly. They listen carefully to your needs and tailor their way of working to how it suits your business, a skill that helps ‘change’ come easily.

Helena’s ‘check in’ phone calls are priceless to ensure that everything is running smoothly, and if there’s anything at all that needs to be tailored to make working together seamless, the team at Mi-PA will take it onboard and action immediately without question. They are also brilliant at coming up with new ways of working that we wouldn’t have even thought about!

We’ve been so impressed with the team, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
