A little about the role…..You’ll work for around 5-10 different clients so multi-tasking and the ability to handle a varied and ever changing workload is a must. You will work directly under one of our Lead PA’s and support her in making sure all of our customers are extremely happy!
Support requests could include organizing business travel, managing a client’s diary, taking a phone order or researching the contact details for our clients Dream List! You will make sure that the tasks are prioritized and completed on time while constantly trying to exceed our client’s expectations. You will view this role as a ‘career’ and will look forward to progressing as the company grows. This role brings with it the opportunity to be trained into a Lead PA.

Essential Position Requirements:
IT Literate – specific knowledge of MS Office required Professional , polished appearance

Experience of working within a client facing environment
Ability to work independently and manage own workload Professional communication skills both verbal and written
