We are looking for a superstar PA to join our growing team of time saving business helpers. We take away the hassles of employing support staff full time and instead provide a flexible service so we are there to support them when they need it. We want our clients to do the things that they do best in their business with fewer distractions and a much shorter to do list.
We have exciting expansion plans so we’re looking for extraordinary people to join our small but dynamic team. Therefore, you must be prepared to show amazing team spirit to get the job done.
A little about the role…..You’ll work for around 5-10 different clients so multi-tasking and the ability to handle a varied and ever changing workload is a must. You will work directly under one of our Lead PA’s and support her in making sure all of our customers are extremely happy!
Support requests could include organizing business travel, managing a client’s diary, taking a phone order or researching the contact details for our clients Dream List! You will make sure that the tasks are prioritized and completed on time while constantly trying to exceed our client’s expectations. You will view this role as a ‘career’ and will look forward to progressing as the company grows. This role brings with it the opportunity to be trained into a Lead PA.

Positive attitude, work ethic and ‘can do’ spirit
Extremely high levels of organisation
The ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and deliver under pressure
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Essential Position Requirements:
IT Literate – specific knowledge of MS Office required Professional , polished appearance
Friendly, helpful approach to work at all times• Excellent customer service skills
Experience of working within a client facing environment
Ability to work independently and manage own workload Professional communication skills both verbal and written
