We've been working with MiPa for a year now. They have been taking our calls when we've not been able to handle them in the office.

When we first let go of calls coming in to the office it felt like a big step - we were unsure what information to give them and not. But it didn't take long to trust them to handle the calls - they listened to feedback as we got a better understanding of what we needed.

We wouldn't be without them - great service and team.

Mi-PA provide a Call Answering service for our company. They have been doing so for many years, and we are really pleased with the service that they provide, and the speed with which they answer our queries, questions and suggestions.

I cannot recommend Mi PA highly enough. I wish I had started using their services much sooner. You don't realise how big an impact it has, just having your calls answered, but it has been incredible. I feel like I have gained so much extra time every day.

Emily looks after a lot of things that were previously neglected. She solves problems that I'm unable to. She moves between different projects very comfortably: she's probably more of a Business Development manager at the moment, but a few weeks ago she was our family interior designer!

It's great to have someone on hand to help. I wouldn't have imagined it would work out as well as this, particularly as we have never met, and 99% of our conversation is through email or WhatsApp.

The Mi Pa team hit the ground running with our inbound calls. They've only been assisting us for the last two weeks but they very quickly picked up the way we do things. Helena Richardson at MI PA has been excellent from the start, and has shown a real interest in making sure that the move over from Moneypenny has been a smooth and hassle free one.

It's early days, but the general experience with the call handling/messaging service has been excellent. The tailoring of this by MI PA has been great too - they actively listen and implement our needs, which is in stark contrast to the experience we've had with our previous supplier, Moneypenny.

I only used mipa services for a short while, due to the corana virus, but for the time they handled my calls i was very impressed with there detail, and speed at getting the information over to me, and the cost of the service.

Great service - staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, but most of all completely understand our business and act as an extension to our team. Customer feedback is always glowing. A very personalised service that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Emma and the team at MiPa are an absolute brilliant solution if you, like me need admin support. You are assigned a specific PA/VA (I work with Jack who is amazing) and there's a backup team ready to dive in if needs be. Their systems and communication really make working with a Virtual assistant super easy and efficient. They work on a whole breadth of tasks from simple to sophisticated. Top job done by a great group of people. Emma and her team are simply the best at what they do. Helena and Alex are my main contacts and they are simply brilliant. They have been taking calls for us when we didn't have a phone line and now that we are able to answer our own calls, they pick up when we cant get to the phone.
