Lockdown numero dos is upon us, and it’s fair to say it’s a position none of us wanted to be in November, and heading into Christmas. Yet here we are. As the saying goes, when life gives you lemons, make lemonade. And if you’re a fan of the tear jerker TV show, This Is Us, you’ll know all about taking the cliché a step further: “take the sourest lemon that life has to offer and turn it into something resembling lemonade”. Whatever position you’re in as we head into another lockdown, you have a choice: Make the best of it, or don’t. In this sort of situation, dispensing ‘one size fits all’ advice isn’t just inadvisable; it’s downright stupid. But nevertheless, I’ve pulled together a quick video sharing some of my most valuable learns from the first lockdown that helped my business come out of the other side much stronger, and I hope that – wherever you’re at – there’ll be something for you to take and use over the next few weeks.
