The Mi PA Academy

It combines boot camp training, one-to-one development and hands-on experience with real clients, so you build the approach, the aptitude and the attitude the role needs. You learn from people who have done the job themselves, not from a handbook.

The roles we recruit for
Call answering
One call you are the first voice a builder’s customer hears, the next you are taking a message for a solicitor. It suits people who are quick on their feet and genuinely good with other human beings. If you have come from reception, retail, hospitality or customer service, you already have most of what we need.
Virtual PA
You look after a small group of clients as their dedicated PA. Diaries, inboxes, travel, follow-ups and the hundred small things that stop a business owner getting on with the work only they can do. You become their second brain.
Apprenticeships
We have taken on apprentices for years and several of the team started exactly that way. If you are at the start of your working life and you want to learn a proper profession rather than drift through a first job, this is a genuine route in.
